Mizzou is committed to ensuring that all students, employees, community members, and visitors can access the information and services provided on our websites and digital platforms. If you encounter a digital accessibility barrier, anything that prevents you from fully using or understanding our online content, we want to know so we can provide you the best digital experience and access as quickly as possible.

 

Report an Accessibility Barrier

 

If you experience a problem with any Mizzou website, online form, document, video, application, or digital tool, please

 

Examples of barriers may include:

  • Missing or incorrect alternative text
  • Inaccessible PDFs or documents
  • Keyboard navigation issues
  • Missing captions or transcripts
  • Color contrast problems
  • Pages or features that do not work as expected using your assistive technology

 

What Happens After You Submit a Report

 

Your request will be delivered to the Mizzou Marketing and Communications division Digital Service team who will:

  • Review your report
  • Contact you if additional information is needed (make sure to include your contact information)
  • Work with campus partners to resolve the issue
  • Provide an update or alternative access to the content when possible
